What kind of rom-com princess chooses a simple dress?? I could just go to a real wedding if a wanted to see a simple dress..! The next movie might as well end up with them getting divorced..

As much as I loved this series, I do think that her articles in movie 2 & 3 are a bit narcissistic and a kind of too cringy for even a Christmas movie. In the real world, her article probably would have gotten famous, but in a very different way.

Actually not Aldovia, but Romania (Moldavia part of Romania). Almost all scenes were filmed in the Carpathians and Peles castle and .. Bucharest. Well done!

Going to the place where the prince (or whatever) is: ✅

The leading lady going home when her secret is revealed or when the antagonist won: ✅
The prince going after her: ✅
Having a bestfriend who is either a girl or a man or gay: ✅

Given that Aldovia incorporates the former territory of Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Czechia, Slovenia, and Istanbul, I assume at some point this series will culminate in a "Christmas Prince: Civil War" movie, where the state collapses along ethnic lines into a brutal civil war (like when Yugoslavia disintegrated in the early 1990s), and the Christmas Prince will get hauled out of his Romanian castle and executed by firing squad a la Ceausescu?
