the voice pick matchups are horrible. makes 70s godzilla movies look good.
still, i have a deeper issue ( conspiricy stuff to follow so fair warning )
remember how the world economic forum just comes out and tells us YOU WILL EAT LESS MEAT and you will get your protien from bugs etc… so here we are in the first 15 minutes of show #1 and they are going to great lenths to insert the fact people eat CRICKETS ( 3 times! ) thats called seeding the public conciousness and shitflix is notorious for it.
dont take it as a joke people, this is how we are all being "normalized" for whats to come

Kind of getting a bit bummed that all these cool sci-fi shows & movies on Netflix are coming out in other languages besides English, before anyone gets ready to shoot me I know that's extremely selfish and lazy to say or suggest, but still I'm a slow reader and can never fully interpret things and enjoy what's on screen when watching sub and a dub only works with anime because in live cinema lips obviously don't sync up. I might try my best to see how well I can get through this one but I long for the eventual day in the future when facial deep-fake technology becomes good enough to create dubs that are indistinguishable from the native language the show or movie was spoken in

The mechas reminded me of Mystery Science Theatre 3000! Coincidence Yonyx 3000???? Yes some elements are familiar, but imo this script was unique and worth a watch. I thought the English dub version was done well. Likely will rewatch in French with subtitles.
