The saga continues as award-winning filmmaker Denis Villeneuve embarks on “Dune: Part Two,” the next chapter of Frank Herbert’s celebrated novel Dune, with an expanded all-star international ensemble cast. The film, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, is the highly anticipated follow-up to 2021’s six-time Academy Award-winning “Dune.”
The big-screen epic continues the adaptation of Frank Herbert’s acclaimed bestseller Dune with returning and new stars, including Oscar nominee Timothée Chalamet (“Wonka,” “Call Me by Your Name”), Zendaya (“Spider-Man: No Way Home,” “Malcolm & Marie,” “Euphoria”), Rebecca Ferguson (“Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning”), Oscar nominee Josh Brolin (“Avengers: End Game,” “Milk”), Oscar nominee Austin Butler (“Elvis,” “Once Upon A Time…In Hollywood”), Oscar nominee Florence Pugh (“Black Widow,” “Little Women”), Dave Bautista (the “Guardians of the Galaxy” films, “Thor: Love and Thunder”), Oscar winner Christopher Walken (“The Deer Hunter,” “Hairspray”), Stephen McKinley Henderson (“Fences,” “Lady Bird”), Léa Seydoux (the “James Bond” franchise and “Crimes of the Future”), with Stellan Skarsgård (the “Mamma Mia!” films, “Avengers: Age of Ultron”), with Oscar nominee Charlotte Rampling (“45 Years,” “Assassin’s Creed”), and Oscar winner Javier Bardem (“No Country for Old Men,” “Being the Ricardos”).
“Dune: Part Two” will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.
Villeneuve directed from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jon Spaihts based on Herbert’s novel. The film is produced by Mary Parent, Cale Boyter, Villeneuve, Tanya Lapointe and Patrick McCormick. The executive producers are Josh Grode, Herbert W. Gains, Jon Spaihts, Thomas Tull, Brian Herbert, Byron Merritt, Kim Herbert, with Kevin J. Anderson serving as creative consultant.
Villeneuve is again collaborating with his “Dune” creatives: Oscar-winning director of photography Greig Fraser; Oscar-winning production designer Patrice Vermette; Oscar-winning editor Joe Walker; Oscar-winning visual effects supervisor Paul Lambert; Oscar-nominated costume designer Jacqueline West. Oscar-winning composer Hans Zimmer is again on hand to create the score.
“Dune: Part Two” was filmed on location in Budapest, Abu Dhabi, Jordan and Italy. The film is slated for a November 3, 2023 worldwide release from Warner Bros. Pictures.

So pumped – out 4 days before my birthday… Fun for the whole family
Epic-cannot wait!!
EVERYONE WAITING FOR THIS. :3
"May thy knife chip and shatter." Wishing for the fall of an enemy before a duel is a whole new level of crazy and unique. Even Stilgar's words left me amazed, the writer of this book definitely had fun writing these phrases. Damn, now I'm tempted to read the book.
Wish I hadn't seen him riding the worm. There was no reason to give that moment away in the trailer.
monarchies and royal houses in space is ridiculous.
Part one was awsome – slowly paced, but in a good way. It took it's time to set the world properly and let us know the people. I have very high hopes for part two, and the trailer looks very well made. Hopefully the main actor will get better too because I found him as the weakest link in the whole – awsome cast, but that's just me. Can't wait to watch.
YES
Le shlaque.
koi batao yeh movie kaisa hoga
Can’t wait
I haven't been this excited for a film release since I was 10 years old and The Phantom Meneace came out. Dune was such an impressive work and a MUST watch for the big screen. I can not wait for this sequel and I'm sure Denis and his crew will not disappoint us!
The should screen Dune 1 a few weeks before the release of Dune 2, so that people would be able to follow Dune 2 easily
With Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam will we finally get to see Gold-Plated Diapers?
first movie was just a 3hr introduction. this is lit.
This trailer makes me so hyped that I want to dig into the beach sand.
Seems like the first one to me. Absolutely beautiful and breathtaking shots but with a quite forgettable plot and characters. But i will give it its chance.
I really loved the first part but, oh dear, mark my word, the trilogy is gonna leave a print on History. This is gonna be epic.
It's not swimming it's diving. Who wrote this stuff?
The first part was epic now this part will be epic than first
cringe
Yeah now I'm stoked

* sweating profusely hoping nobody would notice how strangely AVATAR 1 is just the blue and green version of the DUNE. 😛
First film was so slow and boring. They should’ve made this into a series
It’s a shame josh brolins character isn’t as big of a thing in this movie , wasted potential for sure , we coulda had a badass return after he survived the first fight and how he’s a menace
as someone who didnt read the books, thanks for the spoilers wtf
Is there going to be a part 3 or is he doing 2 parts.
