FARZAR | Official Trailer | Netflix

From the creators of Brickleberry and Paradise PD, comes the outrageous sci-fi animated comedy series FARZAR. Streaming July 15 on Netflix.

Egotistical human warrior Renzo liberated the planet Farzar from the evil alien Bazarack, and then established a human settlement under a huge dome, becoming the Czar of FARZAR. Years later, FARZAR is under attack by the evil aliens once again and Renzo’s well-meaning and not-so-bright son Prince Fichael ventures out with his special crew “S.H.A.T.” (Special Hostile Assault Team!), made up of a human-solider-turned-cyborg, clashing conjoined twins, an unhinged scientist, a highly incapable mutant and a mischievous little alien known as a chaos-celot. As they begin their journey to fight the aliens that want to kill/eat them, Fichael quickly discovers that all is not what it seems and he may be living a lie.

Sincerely don't know how they keep letting this guy have show after show. Not only is each one unfunny they're just terribly boring to sit through. Farzars only saving grace is SOMETIMES you get to see an interesting alien design if they dont ruin it with the turd brows that guy insists putting on everyone

Am I the only person who unironically likes Paradise PD, Brickleberry, and Farzar?

It understands that adult cartoons are NOT supposed to be clever commentary that grows artistically like South Park, OR deep and well thought out saga's that make you weep like a child with their memorable fun characters, a la Futurama. It doesn't try to define a period with it's satirical brilliance like the 90s' era Simpsons.

Hell it doesn't even offer such hyper absurdity, grossness, and craziness like Ren and Stimpy that it creates something new, and uniquely brilliant that others try and fail to replicate.

Hell it's not even Bob's Burgers or American Dad. Competent middling animated sitcoms with abstract craziness and silly characters as it's selling point.

It's gross and dumb in a time when you have to be deep, or creative, or genre bending, or innovative, or even particularly clever. Like I unironically like the fact that it's not just junk food like basic cable, but junk food that is conscious of the fact that it's just straight up the chicken skins and breaded processed fish meat of entertainment. It's not Bonefish Grill or Red Lobster, or even Five Guys
It's not even Goddam Burger King with it's impossible Whopper….

    It's Long John Silver's

There is SOMETHING in there, but in the context of everything else.

You know that guy in his 30s who says things that are really inappropriate/disgusting as a joke for the shock factor but in reality only a 13 year old would find the humor in it? This show is 30 minutes of that non-stop. It is painful to watch and you can't even give it a courtesy laugh.

Just FORCED MYSELF to watch seven episodes.
It is goddamn AWFUL about as funny as slowly putting an innocent Baby in a Wood-Chipper
it's like watching a diseased boil fester and grow in one show, and you have to swallow what oozes out.
DAMN this show owes me money for watching it

So you cancelled Bone and other cartoons that have real potential rather than this copy pasted brickleberry/paradise PD and family guyish clone. Wow cartoons for adults nowadays are "adult" cartoons. No wonder why Netflix is having trouble.

I could write the words "LOL EPIC BACON" on a piece of toilet paper, wipe my butt with it, and still walk away proud that I've had a better wriitng career than Roger Black and Waco O'Guin‎.

This show felt like a total waste for me. I mean the idea, the ambient, the premises, the music, some character designs, but the writers, the "jokes", it just suck big time. It could have been something amazing, but result in garbage, what a nerve to compare them self with Futurama and Rick and Morty.
