What an awful show I couldn’t watch them bickering for 5 minutes, people in my life are funnier and have funnier dialogues than something that was meant for TV show. If you expect The Good place quality you won’t find it in this show. It’s not funny or entertaining, very boring it’s a total miss for me. I am very surprised this passed the desk, then it passed advance screening for the cast and crew, it passed the advance screening with audience. I mean wow so many brain dead people out there who thought this was good and let it land on Netflix . Not worth watching.
Edit: there is one good thing about the show and it’s that they used Sign of the times as the theme song.

Maybe i'm desensitized, but this show doesn't look edgy enough, the pacing seems slow like we're never gonna really know what's going on and why do even care if this man is glowing.

I feel like Stefan on SNL, BUT this series has it all. Variety gave it a snooty diss of a review. Everything is so damn complicated now that when I sit down to watch something I want to be entertained, uplifted if possible, and not grossed out by violence. Ben Falcone has a winner here. The scene with his father in the hospital when the one dude's tear resulted in a miracle (trying not to spoil it) surprised me. I mean I didn't think I would need to be dabbing my eyes and reaching for a tissue with this show, but It was very moving. I like all the characters, the actors are ALL very good. I like the low key chemistry between Ben and Melissa. Just because you're married doesn't mean you'll come across on screen with chemistry, so that's another plus. We gobbled up the whole series very quickly. Glad to hear season 2 is in the making.

I knew this was going to be bad but I was still amazed at what absolute unwatchable trash it was. It's like a friggin' Adam Sander movie, but with bad music added on. Two minutes and I was out.

Has anybody watch the show yet? I don’t know how you can get a god complex about yourself that you need to star and write your own show when you’re banging Melissa McCartney . The unfunniest ugliest bitch in Hollywood this is why Donald Trump got elected. Fat incapable idiots keep getting coddled and given chances
