Happiest Season – Trailer (Official) • A Hulu Original

This holiday, everyone’s secrets are coming out. Happiest Season is now streaming, only on Hulu.

ABOUT HAPPIEST SEASON
Meeting your girlfriend’s family for the first time can be tough. Planning to propose at her family’s annual Christmas dinner — until you realize that they don’t even know she’s gay — is even harder. When Abby (Kristen Stewart) learns that Harper (Mackenzie Davis) has kept their relationship a secret from her family, she begins to question the girlfriend she thought she knew. Happiest Season is a holiday romantic comedy that hilariously captures the range of emotions tied to wanting your family’s acceptance, being true to yourself, and trying not to ruin Christmas.

This movie is okay to watch once but honestly I’d never watched a movie with THIS MANY unlikable characters. OMG nobody in this movie was likable. During the whole time I was not rooting for anybody! Harper and her family were a bunch of red flags, Abby was very selfish until the very last moment. Jane was probably the only okay character and she wasn’t respected even at the end really much. A very 4/10 movie

Ngl, things got so bad that i wanted Abby out of there, unaware the story was about an entire family revolution instead lol
Also, is pretty much the 1st time ive watched Kristen and didnt felt uncomfortable with her character. Im one of those that Bella left a very strong bad impression which always led me to see her with bad intent. Maybe that and also some bad casting? Idk, i just know she was great here.

A friend suggested me this movie and the mere fact that Kristen Stewart, Alison Brie and Aubrey Plaza are in the same film makes me feel like this movie might have a forbidden energy inside
