how could you not fallin in love with him.. but in real life, If was in that place, I would just looking at him from the corner.. too shy to say hi..ahaha
at camp when you’re in laurel cabin (rising 10th-9th grade) we have to plan banquet (play for all the other kids) and it’s a secret until you’re actually performing it. camp got cut short this year so we only had like a week to plan it but we used top gun as a cover up theme and would blast the soundtrack and sing this song specifically whenever we were practicing. sometimes we used the lorax or little mermaid (for the little kids) as a coverup but usually top gun. we threw them off so well and the theme was actually the goonies (i was troy). absolutely NO ONE saw it coming.

What hit me hard about this scene was maverick watching rooster through the window remembering the good times when him and goose would play this song, it really shows how much maverick misses him
