Netflix another company totally about profit regardless of human care. I have been a loyal Netflix subscriber for many many years now, my bill is always paid. I lost my credit cards last week and have had to cancel them accordingly and order new ones which have not yet arrived. So I called net flix today Sunday July 19th at 2:12 pm being they just happen to run my card today. I explain the situation and ask for them to extend me the courtesy of leaving my account active for 24 hours until Monday afternoon when I can definitely get some card number to give them being they do not except checking account numbers.. You would think this would be such a small request that it would be met with we would be glad to help. But no this is something the mighty Netflix is unable to do, incapable of doing.. WTF Netflix 24 hours, are you really that reliant on payment your company will crash in that period of time and or that you are really that anti customer retention and service. Perhaps you have become to large for your own good, you have nowhere to go but down. I will be seeking other streaming services when I get back from vacation.. Netflix, you FAIL !
