Don’t rely on the trailer, I watched it and wasn’t interested in the show cause it looked cheesy, I just got done watching the show and it was SO GOOD! I highly recommended! The trailer doesn’t do the show justice!

Some strange things about this series, just the first couple of episodes:

    – Family lives in Osaka, wants to go back there as soon as possible. They ask to sell the house of the dead grandfather quickly. But, surprise, dad inherited the house (why was he trying to sell it before?)! And surprise, the company doesn't want them in Osaka, but in Oslo! So clearly, they now decide to live in Barrington instead. That way, they can not only annoy their company, who wants them in Oslo, their kids, who want to be in Osaka, but also themselves, who wanted to get out of this town as soon as possible.
    – The daughter telling her mom about a person she met today. Mom immediately knows her name.
    – The son, who manages at the same time to check off some necessary Netflix boxes (he is mixed race and gay), but also manages to be super cliché… what with being able to scan a funeral within minutes for another gay guy, who of course is available for sex immediately. Oh, despite him having a boyfriend back in Japan, of course. I wonder if the community is delighted by this depiction of that dude…

Seriously, that old papa, grandpa..on his 60, playing cool but so boring..with sunglasses for kids. Pff. That cliché, pathetic, and cheap. Didn't like it! Waste of time.

Let me guess already canceled? Like the order, witches of east end…. Netflix needs to commit to a show for at least 3-4 seasons before deciding to cancel it. Sick and tired of falling in love with shows. Also shows not doing well because they don’t promote them! Half the shows I fall in love with, I start watching them after they have been canceled and don’t even know it until I Google when next season is coming. It sucks. Hey at least put on the page that a new season is not coming so people don’t waste their time since Netflix cancels everything that has massive potential.

Poorly written, pretentious, ham-fisted PC crap. A pair of precocious overindulged teens are burdened with having to enlighten their parents as to how they should see the world while trying to negotiate high school cliques. Must have had the budget of an elementary school talent show

Bunch of woke bs. Hate your parents, white guilt, sexual oppression, promoting sexual exploration in kids, exploitation of minorities, it's like watching the last 20 years of hippie shit just with monsters. Thank God it got canceled

Im wondering if Netflix can actually create a movie that does not have BLM or LGBTQ agenda and just a plain story and without mentioning of people''s colors or sexual orientation. Is there at least one sane person working for this company?

Another one cancelled?? Seriously? I just started watching, so I'm a little late voicing my disappointment. Why does Netflix keep cancelling good shows? That's 4 shows I've just binge-watched and discovered there's no continuation. Starting to understand now why people keep cancelling their subscriptions.
