Great example of woman warriors.
In the books Claire and Marsali are much closer. Marsali calls her mother Claire and she even gives the name Claire (one of many) to her daughter. I wonder why the show chose not to show how close they are.
The circumstances are different, but seeing how Claire treated Laoghaire's daughter versus how Laoghaire treated Claire's daughter clearly makes Laoghaire the evil b*tch in this show.
