When they say Susanne was a healer – do they mean a witch healer? I ask because when she was in danger of being burned alive – the little girl told her to say the wicked words then Lasher appears.
Ugh! What a disappointment this series was! As an adaptation, it was a catastrophe, but even as a regular show, it was a dud!!
I am so disappointed in this series. I just re-read the first book to refresh my memory. I stuck out the first season hoping it would get better, but it just got worse. The original wasn't broken and, as the saying goes, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It's a total disaster. I won't watch season two IF this gets renewed. Awful! Just awful. One of the biggest mistakes was combining Michael and Aaron. No problem with Michael being black, but you replaced the filet mignon with cheap chopped offal.
