Sleeping with the Enemy | #TBT Trailer | 20th Century FOX
This tense and terrifying romantic thriller delivers “screams aplenty” (Variety) and “a corker of a climax” (Rolling Stone)! Julia Roberts stars as Laura, a young woman who thinks she’s found the man of her dreams in Martin (Patrick Bergin). But after they are married, Laura discovers the “real” Martin: compulsive, controlling and dangerously violent. She escapes by faking her own death and relocating to a small Midwestern town. But even with a new identity, Laura lives in fear, stalked by the memory of Martin’s brutality… a memory that comes to life with a vengeance when he discovers that she is still alive!

"The man who always wanted her, still wants her back" Epic!
Story of my life, now he is after new wife with brain loss
My friend Lottie & I saw this when this came out, and when Laura (Julia Roberts) flushed her ring down the toilet, Lottie & I both whispered-yelled, "Nooo! Pawn it for cash!" Lol
It's a very tough role
I know this is pretty minor, but the depiction of Cedar Falls was kind of annoying to us who actually lived there. Iowa isn't the Mayberry that most films make it out to be. One of the ironies is that Annabeth Gish is actually from there and could have told her Mystic Pizza co-star that it was bullshit.
who else saw this after searching up "sleeping with the enemy" by KSI?
A fantastic trailer for one of my favourite films of the nineteen nineties.
Levels too it, you and I know, seperation anxiety mental illness criminality etc
Oh…
I love the CLASSICS ❤
So she was married to a Narc finally got it. Thx Julia for the warning.
They don’t know that. They can’t tell the difference btwn owning someone, possession and love. They mistake the former for love
Julia's been working for eight months on a project she's trying to being to the big screen – I hope it works out.
This is who my ex reminds me of.
Hilarious film. One of my favorite early 90s comedies.
Abusers never give you what you want. They give with one hand while taking with the other.
in order to smack a person around you have to have no Empathy for their reality
This movie looks so bad, may be worse than The Room.
It's amazing Patrick Bergin used some elements in Patriot Games (He was a crazed lunatic against the English)
I loved that movie.
My current situation right now.
My life

Such a great movie. Must watch if you like thrillers.
The husband was truly a psychopath! I wonder what happened in the husband's life that made him abused and obsessed about his wife.
American Dad brought me here
i’ve seen this movie many times and each time it puts me on edge. it is so chilling. the acting is incredible
I really didn't like this movie.
I don't like watching women being abused or mistreated
A woman should be treated like a queen
Her calling 911 and saying she just killed an intruder was my favorite scene in the whole movie
I tank G-d for You
