I loved this film so much. To me, this is what Star Trek really means. It was my favourite of the three new films. It's my second favourite overall behind First Contact (which really will require some beating). Star Trek Beyond suffered from terrible early trailers. These later ones are so much better, but they still don't capture this film's heart, which is Beyond's greatest strength.

Its been this long and I still think Star Trek series is better than Star Wars. Look at the Last Jedi! LOL if you liked it, thats fine didn't know you like Disney killing off Veteran Actors, and CGI Golem Leia in Episode 9 in 2019.

If anyone is looking for a really fun horror show to watch, give Ash VS Evil Dead a shot. The first two seasons are up on Netflix and season 3 is currently airing on Starz. It's one of the goriest and most original horror/comedy shows I've ever seen! It has Bruce Campbell, Lucy Lawless, Lee Majors, etc.

I went to see this movie every weekend for 8 weeks. Absolutely loved it! And I grew up with Voyager, so guess I'm one of the few who love both old and new Trek!

As long as the franchise keeps going, that's what matters.

Reason the movie didn't did well
    Not because of actors

Because of the low quality background sets in movie and makeup of the artists especially one that needs to look aliens …needs to really look like an alien
