I'll bite. Chevy's had a hard time landing a role that he can kind of grab and shine and lead in. I suspect this isn't it, but it looks a lot more promising than the bit parts and hot garbage he's been involved in the last couple decades. I'll pop it in the queue and see how it goes. One thing though that I'm pretty sure about… Chevy needs to lose the glasses. I know he needs them, but he needs to wear contacts or something for his roles. The glasses screw up all the funny stuff he does with his eyes and makes his face weird. It doesn't work.

Jesus. Is it that goddamn hard to write a decent script for Chevy? I really wanted to like this. I really did. I think the worst thing about it is that it's not really a likable or unlikable movie. It's just sort of… there.

Anyone know the name of the song in the beginning? I'm looking for the song when Chevy is walking to meet his granddaughter in the restaurant.

Chevy Chase ruined this movie with a lame, fake, unbelievable performance. Dreyfuss and the supporting cast were all great – Chase was a total waste of time. Makes no sense to put that loser in this movie.

I just heard about this. There is not a single laugh in this trailer, and it is sad to see how old and slow both Chase and Dreyfuss are. As for comments about Chase being a jerk, I hate to say that is no secret. He is bitter that his career continued to go down hill in the 1990s, and is not at all funny off-camera. Very mean and arrogant.
