When Galadriel shouts they may take our lives but they will never take our freedom and then rides Aslan into battle against the White Witch was truly awe inspiring. Stunning and brave. 11/10 on TripAdvisor. Tolkien himself couldn't have done better.

My favorite part is when Galadriel is narrating and says "We were somewhere around Emyn Muil on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold. I remember saying something like "I feel a bit lightheaded; maybe you should drive…." And suddenly there was a terrible roar all around us and the sky was full of what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, which was going about a hundred miles an hour with the top down to Minas Tirith.”

When Sauron said ''Life is like a chest of rings of power… you never know what you're gonna get.'' I got bumpgooses all over. That moment is gonna stay with me for the rest of my life.

1 the brown elves better have a back story that’s grounded in the universe.2 why the rewrite of Elrond and Galadriel. They were outstanding already . 3 the trailer dosent give me a reason to pony up for prime video. I’ll be headed to the theater to enjoy some entertainment instead.

My favourite part is when J.D. Patrick says "I bet you can squeal!" to Elrond and you can see on Rob Aramayo's face the pure terror showing he didn't realise what he signed up for. And Gil-galad being tied to the tree unable to help trying to keep his composure. Brilliant work from the writers. Poetic even.
