The finale for this season was sublime. Talk about the hero’s journey; alone in the snow with a vision of where to go next underscored by Britten’s beautiful CUCKOO:

    Cuckoo

In April, I open my bill
In May, I sing night and day
In June, I change my tune
In July, how far I fly
    In August, away

    Cuckoo

Thank you to all who fashion this show into the beautiful thing it is. I look forward to how it will end.
