Ingredients:

Assorted hard candy
Plastic bags
Baking sheet
Sugar cookie dough
Star-shaped cookie cutter
Animal-shaped mini cookie cutters

Instructions:

1. Sort candies by color and place into separate bags
2. Crush candy to a powder using a mortar & pestle or rolling pin
3. Use star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars from dough
4. Cut out centers of each star using mini cookie cutters
5. Place on baking sheet
6. Scoop candy into center of each cookie
7. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes
