So surprised he got funding without the investors actually looking into the company and how it works.

Guy literally telling everyone its a tech company, but all they do is rent out office space/desks.

In a nutshell: he got 4b from softbank to overexpand co-working offices and spent too much on partying and overpaying the leases. Hence the crash !!

these "co-working" spaces are full of "wannabes" that are for the largest percentage losers with dreams of "silicon valley type grandiosity". I walked into WeWork once just 'cause a friend dragged me there, and the amount of fakeness and pretentiousness of people (running the place and renting spaces) was without match. I excused myself within 15 minutes and went to the gym instead. I am not kidding when I say, that I felt "dirty" when i left the place given the amount of "bs vibe". When I watched one video of that guy Adam, then i understood why he appealed to all the losers going bananas about him, he very accurately marketed to that type of people and start ups: all image, all pretentiousness, all "talk" and very little depth.

Successful people don't become that way overnight. What most people see at a glance- wealth, a great career, purpose-is the result of hard work and hustle over time. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life..
